FSSAI Licensing
Ensuring Food Safety and Hygiene Standards.
Mandatory FBO Compliance
Under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, obtaining an FSSAI license or registration is a mandatory requirement for any Food Business Operator (FBO) in India. This ensures that the food products manufactured, stored, distributed, or sold meet the required hygiene and quality parameters.
Types of FSSAI Licenses
The categorisation for an FSSAI license is primarily based on the business's turnover, scale, and nature of operations.
